Very very a bad thing. Who knew it would be so hard to completely give up your native language and replace it with one you don't know very well?

So I went through a nasty depressed spell for a couple days (hense why I wasn't posting) but i went home friday night, saw a play in which a bunch of my friends were, talked with 'em and am now feeling a LOT better. Suprising what the presence of friends can do for a person. Thank you all my friends! You're the best!

I hope I dont get used to that much maek-up, but it was a fun all girls night, and then we went to the party at Poitvine Rez. Fun there. Me and Nikki were like the only people there who weren't drinking. Colin and Mike got a jam session going so it ended up a bunch of fiddle reels backed up by 4 guitars. It was really awsome. I love that music so much. Anyway, thats all for now. Goodnight... at uh 7:00...maybe not...yeah...
"Whats the difference between orange? Eight! Get it?" Didn't make the badminton team. Sad. All I ever wanted to do was to play badminton. I'm not to happy, especially since people I can beat made the team. It's because I'm first year I think.
Anyweay, in less depressing news, my sister Kaeli is visiting me for the weekend.
Thats why we're in the computer lab now, is so she has something to do for awhile (since its rainging and I cant really show her around the camous and such). I think We'll go swimming tonight and I'll see if I cant sneakk her in as a college stufdent. Cross your fingers folks.
"sunflowers and washing machines" I am in a lot of pain. Like wow. Badminton practice hangover or something. And that was on monday. And I have another one tonight. I'm not sure if I'll live until this weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to drag my sorry ass to class tomorrow. I've got my webcam here now so maybe I,ll be able to transfer some files to this computer and at least update my cam page.
Uh yeah.
So I'm engoying life here still. The french part of it all is getting easier, although for some reason I find myself accidentally speaking more and more english, tho I haven't gotten an avertissement yet
One of my friends got one yesterday. She was talking with the monitrice (the person in our resaidence who gives out avertissements. Her name is Candace, shes nice, 3rd yr I think) and asked "Bacon, is that how you say it?" in english. It was really really funny, but you have to be there for iyt.
I think Candace was more upset about giving Kate the avertissement than Kate was in getting one.

Man that U is a hell of a lot bigger than St.Annes, like a lot. Like 4000 people to 327! Yikes. It was heard driving home tho because it was dark and no one dimmed their high beams and I hate that. Not one person dimmed their high beams until I passed the annapolis border. Thank you Annapolians.

Going to be another party tonight. Mmm, fun. I really get a kick out of watching people fall over ...uh...that's not quite meant to sound as mean as it did...yeah. Well there's now a corner for drunks. As in, anyone who's ever been drunk in our residence trips over the couch and falls in th e corner. the they stick their name on the wall where they fell. Amusing.

Vive la francais Lot's of fun here. Frosh week is over (thank GOD! I no longer have to wear that extra super huge ugly t-shirt) That is mostly it.
I got the party residence for sure. Oh well, I 'm having fiun there. I think I made a gfood choice of residence.
