"It looks like something hippie gone retro"
ugh, it is way toearly for me to be awake and on the computer. Let me recap:
7:00AM: woken up to beep beep beeep, rrrrrrrrrr crash crash squeal beeb beee beee
--> construction across the road, oh goodie
7:15AM: fed up with the construction i stand up in the freezing cold room (because of
course i leave the window wide open all night)and go to the window. i plan to
close it...it won't close...it's frozen open. oh crap. Especially since there's
no screen, this is not a good thing...
7:20AM: Jacknife in hand i am stabbing the perpetrator --> ice
7:25AM: Cold and defeated i crawl back into a now cold bed
7:30AM: Can't breathe, too much smokey smell
7:45AM: defeated i get up, hold a lighter to my window until everything is melted and i've burned my thumb twice, succeed at hauling the window closed and finally go downstairs
